We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, account details, order request details, contact messages, and product reviews. We also process limited technical information needed to operate the website, including session data, security logs, and your selected site preferences.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, maintain your bag and saved addresses, process and deliver order requests, contact you about an order, respond to support messages, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Payments
AMATUNI does not request or store card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, passwords, or one-time verification codes through this website or by message. Until a secure checkout provider is integrated, payment instructions are confirmed directly after an order request. Cash is available only for eligible local orders in Armenia; bank or phone-to-phone transfers are confirmed using official instructions. International orders normally require payment before dispatch.
Sharing and retention
We share information only where necessary to operate the service, such as with delivery providers, payment providers once enabled, and service providers that help host or secure the website. We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, including order, accounting, legal, and security requirements.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security, so please keep your account password private and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your choices
