These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AMATUNI website and order-request service. By using the website or submitting an order request, you agree to these terms.
Products and availability
Product images, descriptions, prices, sizes, and availability may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate, but an item may become unavailable or require a correction before we confirm your order. Display currencies are for convenience; the final confirmed order details are provided directly to you.
Order requests and confirmation
Submitting checkout is an order request, not an automatic acceptance. We may contact you using the information you provide to confirm stock, delivery details, final total, and payment method. We may decline or cancel a request where an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, a price is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.
Payment
Secure card checkout is not yet enabled. For eligible local orders in Armenia, we may arrange cash payment or delivery after confirmation. We may also provide official bank or phone-to-phone transfer instructions. International orders normally require payment before dispatch. Never send card details, CVV codes, PINs, passwords, or one-time codes to AMATUNI by message or phone.
Delivery, customs, and cancellations
We ship to supported countries. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and international customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import requirements unless we expressly agree otherwise. Before dispatch, contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; we will confirm whether it can be done. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. A 14-day return request may be available after delivery for eligible items under our Shipping & Returns Policy; it does not reverse a shipment that has already been made.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, abuse forms, or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers, or our rights.
Intellectual property and liability
Website content, designs, images, and branding belong to AMATUNI or its licensors and may not be used without permission. To the extent permitted by law, AMATUNI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
