AMATUNI delivers to Armenia, the United States, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and Georgia. Deliveries inside Armenia are handled by HayPost home delivery; every other destination is sent with FedEx. We confirm availability, delivery details, delivery cost, and payment arrangements before dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery is charged on every order, whatever its value. Delivery details will be confirmed with your order. Delivery estimates are estimates only and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Placing an order
Submitting checkout creates an order request, not a completed purchase. No payment is collected on the website, and no card details are taken. We will contact you to confirm availability, delivery, and payment. We will not ask you to send card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, passwords, or one-time verification codes by message or phone.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact us promptly if you need to amend or cancel an order before it is dispatched. We will confirm whether a change is possible. Once an order has been shipped or handed to the delivery carrier, it cannot be cancelled and the shipment will not be recalled, including where you contact us within 14 days. The 14-day period described below concerns an eligible return request after delivery; it is not a right to stop or reverse a completed shipment.
Returns
For eligible purchases, you may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in their original condition, and returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, certain items may be non-returnable where clearly marked or where permitted by law.
How to request a return
Use our contact form with your order number and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Unless we confirm that an item was faulty or incorrectly supplied, return delivery costs are your responsibility. We may refuse or reduce a refund where an item is returned damaged, used, incomplete, or outside the applicable return conditions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will confirm the outcome and process any approved refund using the agreed original payment method where possible. Original delivery charges and return-delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law or we confirm otherwise.
