Shipping
Shipping options and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and are shown or confirmed during the order-request process. Complimentary shipping applies only to qualifying deliveries within Armenia; international shipping is charged separately unless we expressly confirm otherwise. Delivery estimates are estimates only and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
International orders
For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and complying with local import rules. International orders normally require payment before dispatch. We will not ask you to send card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, passwords, or one-time verification codes by message or phone.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact us promptly if you need to amend or cancel an order before it is dispatched. We will confirm whether a change is possible. Once an order has been shipped or handed to the delivery carrier, it cannot be cancelled and the shipment will not be recalled, including where you contact us within 14 days. The 14-day period described below concerns an eligible return request after delivery; it is not a right to stop or reverse a completed shipment.
Returns
For eligible purchases, you may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in their original condition, and returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, certain items may be non-returnable where clearly marked or where permitted by law.
How to request a return
Use our contact form with your order number and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Unless we confirm that an item was faulty or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We may refuse or reduce a refund where an item is returned damaged, used, incomplete, or outside the applicable return conditions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will confirm the outcome and process any approved refund using the agreed original payment method where possible. Original delivery, customs, duties, and return-shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or we confirm otherwise.
